Transit Tracker - Utah (UTA) App Reviews

very well-made

great work! runs quickly. aesthetically pleasing & easy-to use interface. I love that it shows delays, etc.

UX and UI needed

It is cumbersome to navigate and no explanation is given for what certain parts of the app are for leaving the user to guess. Also this is a freemium app. The ads and lack of functionality in the free version make it basically unusable. Make me want to upgrade to the pro version. Dont show me this garbage and try to force me to upgrade.

EPL

Love this app. I use it all the time, it always supplys me with accurate information.

Just okay

This app is useful to a degree; it can get you from point A to point B; it is in dire need of refining; I could then use it smiling.

Eh

Not very user friendly. Keeps saying that the app needs to be reset. Its too bad this app isnt great because it would be really useful.

Polluted

Polluted with ads. Train stops not readily viewable. Cannot easily view multiple lines simultaneously. Poorly written app.

Clumsy, too many ads, missing features

The interface is clumsy, and there are ads galore on top. Main problem though is that the countdowns to the next bus are only referencing the scheduled arrival time, not the actual time based on the buses locations. It also does not display the location of the buses on the map.

This is just advertisement

Even though the app promises, the ads block it completely turning it quite useless!! Dont install this.

Great App for UTA

Best app I have found for planning trips with UTA in Utah especially if you are a student. It is worth the bit of extra money to purchase pro though to get rid of the ads and save your trips. Very grateful for this app! It has helped me to get to and from class much easier.

This app wastes your time

I had better luck with random hitchhiking. Park and ride locations not pre loaded. Address search assumes you are a regular bud rider. Not user friendly. Google maps worked better at helping me find a UTA bus

Too many ads

I agree to offer a free app with the option to upgrade to a version app free. However, I could hardly use the free app without being bombarded by advertisements and then an off to upgrade my app. All this happens before I can successfully use the app to determine if I want to upgrade or not. The app "transit" is way easier to use and has better features. It works like google maps.

Needs work

Super buggy!

Happy customer

Very pleased to have an app that provides updates on Trax train schedules. Im sure improvements are needed, but after years of riding without having any insight to delays, this was a welcome treat now that Im a Trax rider again.
